The owners, Mark & Adele and their lovely team gave us a warm welcome, hugs on departure and couldn’t do enough for us

This was our first stop on our visit to South Africa and it certainly set an exceptional standard to follow. From the moment we arrived Mark, Adele and their team, who have worked there for many years, gave us 100% hospitality and service. Our room was outstanding and overlooked the lagoon. If you are visiting the garden route and Knysna, this is the place to stay without doubt. We will definitely be returning and this wonderful guest house will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you again.

Kanonkop House is amazing; the service and hospitality we received was outstanding. Everyone makes you feel 100% at home, 100% of the time. This was the first location we stayed at on our first visit to South Africa and they set the standard very high indeed.

Exceptional place with fantastic hospitality! Mark, Adele, Rocco and the rest of the Kanankop team were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This place a real crown the jewel! We did not want to leave the fantastic views and great breakfasts. The pool was heated which was amazing. Such a relaxing few days we spent at this exquisite place. We’ll definitely be back here and would highly recommend this place!

Absolute Best place we have stayed in out of 8 others this time around.Both Mark and Adel were so very helpful and a delight to talk to.I was overwhelmed with their hospitality.The actual guest house has a picture postcard view of the lagoon.Wine and refreshments are on offer throughout the day.You will not be dissapointed.
