We had a large group booking. The accommodation was charming, I loved the colour scheme in my room it was very calming. The air conditioning kept cutting in & out but was not distracting. Personally, I would not complain about any of the services provided at Knysna Hollow, I would certainly stay there again. The staff were very friendly, the porters were very quick to deliver our luggage to our rooms. The fireplace in the lounge/dining area was welcoming on a cool/wet evening (umbrellas were available in the foyer to get from reception to the rooms), & there was a fine selection of food for our evening meal & breakfast. A gift shop is at the entrance to the foyer but it was not opened when we arrived late in the afternoon & had only just opened as we were leaving. It had a nice selection of gifts but did not see the prices. On a nice warm day it would be lovely to sit by the pool with a glass of wine & a book & take some time out, but when you are on a very busy coach tour that is a bit hard to do. ....maybe next time I will have more time to R&R at this lovely place.
