You must allow time here to sit and wait for the birds to appear. Don't rush. We really enjoyed this visit and would recommend it.

lovely short walk, with a deck path, and info on the vegetation.
Accessible, yet you feel like you are completely submerged in the the forest. Great if you have a hour or so to spare on the way to Plett from Knysna.

Its woth a stop. The walk will take Little more then an hour. You can then make a stop for a coffee in the end just to sit down and relax - and not running away to the next Place.

Time and again, we make a point to visit this little piece of heaven when in the Knysna area. Be sure to either visit early in the morning or late afternoon, as parking is quite limited during busier times in the year. As it is a relatively short stroll, take the time to ingest the surroundings.
