One of the best places we have ever stayed in. Chris and Constance have created a very special space and atmosphere that's unique.
On arrival, we were met by the team and shown into the lounge. The view hits you straight away, overlooking the bay. Constance pointed out the whales and dolphins right outside in the bay.
The room was pure luxury. Glass on 2 sides which allowed us to watch the whales and dolphins from bed. Incredible. The bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower and a big bath.
The lounge is such a comfortable place to sit and stare out at the view. There is a big bar with a huge variety of drinks, all of which are complimentary. Amazing.
Breakfast is huge and we ate until we couldn't move. Cheese and bacon muffins were incredible.
Constance was so kind. She insisted on driving us to the whale watching place and even offered to drive my brother to his hotel down the road.

Hard to describe what an awesome experience we had with our warm and wonderful hosts Constance and Chris at their spectacular ocean front lodge. Sharing the culture and discovery of Hermanus with them was one of our best trips of all time (and we do a lot of travel!) . The local food is amazing, views are spectacular, friendly and spirited locals (Go Springboks!) terrific wine, and local art galleries, and a gorgeous spacious home made this a very special and unbeatable vacation that was well worth the 16 hour flight!

It was very good experience, a great place to spend time with your family, the staff were so welcoming, it felt like home, I will definitely recommend it for someone else. The rooms were so clean, and the food was so great I enjoyed every meal..
