My family stayed in Nicki's Constantia home for about a week in February 2017. We're from Cape Town but have been living in the US and this was our first holiday back "home" in 2 years. Nicki's home was absolutely perfect for us and our children (about 6 and 3 years old). The pool, jungle-gym and playroom meant that our kids were thoroughly entertained. The house has everything we needed, with lots of room and a great layout for meals/entertaining outside. The location is great, with shops and plenty of good restaurants, wine farms nearby. Staying here really helped us relax and enjoy the time we had in Cape Town.
We hope to stay again soon.
We really enjoyed our stay in this superb property over Christmas. It’s very well equipped with lovely gardens, pool and an excellent standard of accommodation throughout (we cooked our Christmas dinner with ease). Nicki is a very accommodating host. The property is well located to travel by car to Cape Point, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Chapman’s Peak Drive, and beaches in the vicinity of both Camps Bay and False Bay. We would have loved to stay longer.
We had a fabulous 4 wk stay in this property and would have loved to stay longer if it hadn't been fully booked!
As a family of 5 from the UK, on our first visit to South Africa, security was important to us. The house is in a calm, safe, and secure area of constantia and is perfectly located for all the things you want to do, beaches, city sight seeing, vineyards, mountain hiking, biking and eating out. On days we wanted to chill out, the children moved from the pool, to the jungle gym to the swings, to the trampoline and the playroom and then started all over again. They never got bored! The house has great wifi (something you don't always find in holiday rentals in our experience) a beautiful garden, and mountain views which all added to our wonderful experience. Nicki and Justin were fantastic hosts, super helpful, very quick to respond, and went out of their way to resolve any question or issues we had.
