Ordered grilled hake and chips, very few people in for Monday lunch. We sat in one of the large booths, as there was only two of us, loads of space. It is also near to the pass. We noticed one of our orders had sat there ages and thought if that's ours it's going back. Brian had enough of cajoling the chef durung the wait fir the second order and wouldn't even bring it to us. Five minutes later we received two beautiful hake and chips, translucent and succulent. At 65 rand per person amazing. Cracking job by Brian, he saved all the fuss and frustration when things go wrong. We made sure the manager knew of Brians proactively.
