Nice restauraunt near our accomodation, we really fancied Italian one night and weren't dissappointed here. The food was fantastic and the service was good. If you're staying in the area and don't fancy going into town, go here, recommended!

Superb lovely pizzas.
We were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner, and made to feel like a regular customer.
The food, drink and service was perfect and very keenly priced.
A gem of a restaurant and a perfect example of what a good local restaurant should be

4 of us visited Posticino last week for dinner. Despite not having a booking, we were afforded such a warm welcome by a man who I believe to be the owner. He shook all of our hands and made space for us despite it being very busy.

Our meals were fantastic and very well priced. I would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to going back.

We booked for an early meal outside, as luck would have it the wind was to strong so we had to have a table inside which was arranged, several plates on the tables outside were broken to the wind, possible earlier evacuation would have saved them. The young lady the served us was very helpful and her service was excellent. I was amazed at the cleanliness in the Restaurant or the lack thereof and the bathroom needed some soap and towels. We ordered Anti Pasti which was very good, but the Chicken Livers and the Ravioli with wild Mushrooms and Artichoke failed to impress. The Livers tasted like they were taken out of the freezer and not fresh and the Ravioli had very little taste of the mentioned ingredients. perhaps we were unlucky.

In summer they take avantage of the water restrictions to not provide ice buckett or a glass of tap water when there are other solutions like gel wine cooler sleeve to keep your bottle of wine cool, same for a glass of tap water. ..you have to buy mineral water. The service is nearly inexistant. .....lack of motivation and management. Dont expect some bread, there is none. If you choose gnocchi it will look like a soup as they are soaking in an average sauce, pizza ok. Easy to find better somewhere else. Very disapointing. Table cloth dirty and doesn't seem clean overall.
