Description: Experience the best cuisine that Turkey has to offer at Anatoli. Be greeted warmly by attentive staff and seated in an intriguing Victorian warehouse, built in 1904. Anatoli has been serving the best Turkish food in Cape Town since 1984 and this wealth of experience and success is well reflected in the offerings on the extensive and well-planned menu. Freshly baked flat breads accompany traditional meze, presented in equally traditional oversized trays. The knowledgeable waiters will enthusiastically take diners through all of the meze available. There is something to suit every palate at Anatoli due to the variety that characterises Turkish cuisine. Experience a memorable culinary journey through Turkey care of Anatoli at Green Point.

Having pre-booked a table and having specific requests as it was my husband's birthday the staff made every effort to make it a good visit. The restaurant is very noisy when busy so one feels like you are shouting at your dinner companions

Anatoli Turkish Restaurant has been trading for many years, with the current owner, a charming Turkish man, being a gracious and caring host.
This restaurant has been reduced to only one dining hall ( previously two dining areas ), which has resulted in a very warm and cosy ambience. The walls are adorned with many different Turkish artefacts, which provides the authentic touch.
Starters are served on a huge tray, approximately 24 choices, served either hot or cold. These are typical Mediterranean delights, ranging from potato and chili bites to humus, olive and brinjal offerings.......and all are delicious. Served with either plain or garlic bread, be careful not to fill up on these starters and leave some room for the main meal.
Main dishes are lamb, chicken and veggie selections, Suggestion would be to first have a look at the main dishes and place your order { portions are limited, so if the restaurant is full, your choice may not be available later ) and then work back from there. Some of main dishes offered are either small or large portions, which is great is one has over-indulged in the starters.
Desserts ( approximately 6 types ) are available. Some very sweet and some not too sweet.......and of course, their renowned Turkish coffee.
This is a dining experience not to be missed. Perfect venue for a group dinner, as the starters could be shared amongst many guests.
Throughout our meal, the attentive service of the waiter and the occasional enquiries from the owner ensured all had the most wonderful evening.

Owner Tayfun's authentic Turkish place is a Cape Town favourite. The platter selection is the stuff of legend. Nice wine list, all at reasonable prices

Bad service, and no Turkish hospitality!!!! We were very disappointed in the service, the waiter did explain everything very well though. The Meze was good to start, and the bread was delicious.

Very different atmosphere. We were well explained about the menu. There are various turkish artifacts to accentuate the mood. The food was good and they are halal friendly. The food is very Mediterranean and not spicy at all which I presumed would be.Will definitely be back again.
