We were desperately looking for a place to have dinner on 31 Dec 2017. All the restaurants (save for fast-food outlets) had an outrageously expensive set menu which we had to pay in advance and very few restaurants accepting people without and this place was one of them Though we had to wait for an hour and were admitted close to their closing time, it was worth it. Service was very good, so was the food. We ordered Asian noodles and requested that they be low on salt and soy sauce and they did their best in all that stress filled atmosphere having to manage the kind of crowds they had to....the noodle that we had was one of the best we had ever tasted, maybe it was that moment. To top it up, we had very good Pinotage and over above excellent service. The waiters, in all that stress filled atmosphere, were on their best and went out of the way to accommodate our requests without so much as a moan or groan, which made it worthwhile on that special occasion. We just finished our meal on time to see the fireworks. Opinions and experiences can be vary, but we had a great experience and will remember this forever. Even today, my children talk about it and the delicious food that was served to us. Thank you.
