I spent 4 days at this hotel while on business. My room was terrible and in desperate need of maintenance, the room service food was terrible and the reception staff were rude and unfriendly on several occasions. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. My room looked into the neighboring flats so I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. It was horrible. Stay away from this hotel.

Room Tip: Rather sleep in your car!

Overall our stay was very memorable. The room and view was amazing. We were a bit confused about breakfast but it was nice and all was perfect. We would most definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to your wonderful staff.

The staff of this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful to the point that it compensated for the poor state of the rooms which are in serious need of a refurb .Our room 204 to be exact had been hastily converted ,single beds pushed together with single bedding ,most hotels use mattress converters .One bedside pedestal and light thankfully or we would have been in total darkness. We discovered in the morning that the main light switch was now hidden behind the headboards that had been pushed together .The bathroom also needs some maintenance,soap dish falling off the wall .Would we stay here again ....no ....not unless refurbed and then the only reason I would return to give it another bash would be because if the wonderful attitude and service provided by the hotel staff

One of the best in the Radisson group. Swift hassle free check in , bags to suite and car taken to garage all included .
Close to beach and main road , safe and secure which is a major thing in south africa .
Only slight issue i do have is the bar fridge not being topped up maybe just forgotten.
Very clean and neat and well run.
