We booked for 12ppl for the Sunday lunch set menu. R220pp.
The cold soup start was lovely, the main was served in platters on the table and you helped yourself. Mostly veg with a few chicken pieces and a small steak pie to share btw 4 ppl.
The desert was a joke...the tiniest sliver of chocolate tart with a beetroot foam.
What upset me even more is that if you order wine at the tasting room you pay R55 per bottle of Sauv Blanc and R60 for the Rose ...but if you order at the table you pay R80 & R85...and then remember you still have to add the 10% waiters tip on top of that.
We all walked away still hungry and you can definitely get better value for money elsewhere for a Sunday lunch.
