The Fritz is in an historic building lovingly modified as a boutique hotel. Quirky furnishings and art add to the atmosphere. A lovely courtyard with lush vegetation seats all guests for breakfast. Fresh fruit, bread basket, and hot breakfast options. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, museums and company gardens. A safe hide away on a quiet street in a busy City.

Our first time in Cape Town and found the Fritz to be very central but quiet and all the staff extremely helpful
Breakfasts were delicious and included a fresh fruit salad each day. Great location within walking distance of historical buildings and excellent restaurants
An airport pick up had been arranged and we were met by Talent who we asked to be our driver for the next 3 days. He took us to the Cape of Good Hope, Constantia and Table Mountain. A lovely young man with a lot of local knowledge. An excellent way to see Cape Town

Room Tip: We had a n upstairs room with a view of Table Mountain. Amazing!

The Fritz' location is ideal for a short stay if short distance to the City-Center is essential.
It is a cosy, small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and offers parking slots directly in front of the Hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast can be served outside on the Hotel's terrace. Rooms and especially bathrooms do need refurbishment.

The Fritz Hotel is a charming little hotel with old, stylish furniture; walking distance to the city and good restaurants. Any time you come back (home) you can serve yourself with a nice coffee made in a Swiss Coffee Machine. Breakfast was opulent and freshly prepared. On weekends it might be a little bit noisy at night.

This is a quaint older hotel in the centre of the city. It has the foibles of an older hotel but it was a great place for us to stay, it is very clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast patio are very lovely
