Breakfast was extremely horrible, booked a room that had balcony but the room we were booked in did not have a balcony. The bed was very old and made sounds while sleeping. Picture on the website are not a true reflection of the place

The room was small and dingy. Needs painting and overall sprucing up. No door on the small bathroom. No complimentary toiletries. No bar fridge. I dare not look at the mattress. Noisy at the back of the establishment. Little place to hang clothing. No place to hang anything in the bathroom. Breakfast was with salad. First day no bacon but Shoprite just over the road... there should not be a problem to get some. Same breakfast daily. Dont ask if you want a soft or hard egg... always fried. Dingy office. Furniture old. One would think that with all reviews they would fix up the place. No pictures on the walls. Never will go there again, nor advise anyone to.

Located right in the main road in the central of seapoint, the ocean is between 350m to 400m away and there are restaurants everywhere, shoprite is right opposite. It made it easy for us to use public transportation be it taxis or My Citi bus. The rooms were cleaned everyday by the friendly staff that were able to assist us with all we needed 24/7. It is a great place for the price we paid and felt safe at the same.

Casa Elena is marketed a s a B&B on their own website however this is not the case. Only upon request when settling the accommodation bill was R100 per night discount offered for the lack of breakfast. The receptionist available at the time of check-in didn't know what the process was for breakfast and left us wondering the streets for a meal. The rooms felt unfinished with the shower pouring all over the floor, faulty plug points, light fittings falling off the wall and no mirror in the bathroom. There was also no house keeping for the 2 nights we stayed.
