We were looking for a relaxing B&B away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town in December. Through a friend , we were referred to 10 On Rugby and we couldn’t be happier about our decision to stay there.

Room - 10/10. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Beds are very comfortable and the air-conditioning was definitely a win.

Breakfast - 10/10. Every morning we were greeted by a warm welcome and a fantastic 3 course breakfast spread of breads, cheeses, cold meats, home made muesli and eggs of our choosing. Stephen insisted we try his famous cappuccino - being the coffee lover i am, i decided to indulge - my word the cappuccinos really live up to their reputation and Stephen’s skills as a barista are phenomenal.

Ammenties - 10/10. 10 On Rugby has a beautiful viewing deck, a relaxing pool area and a beautiful pool we definitely took advantage of daily.

Location - 10/10. Nothing short of perfection. The views are breathtaking and the area is tranquil.

General - 10/10. Stephen, Alex, Lini and Dom made us feel a apart of the family from day one. They really are unbelievable hosts. I proposed to my now fiance whilst in Cape Town and Stephen and Alex just made it that much more spectacular for us. A beautiful family that we grew very close to.

Our stay at 10 on rugby was nothing short of perfection. We HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for space, relaxtion, comfort and warm hospitality in the mother city.

Hope to see you soon.

Breathtaking house and hosts. The house is located directly at the Table Mountain. Via Uber you can get to the city within minutes. If you are looking for a relaxing home for your stay in Cape Town, this B&B experience is the number one place to stay - clear recommendation from our side. We will definitely come again.

If you are looking for a relaxing home base for your stay in Cape town, this might be the number one place to choose. Run by a very nice and helpful german couple, our days started with an excellent breakfast on the veranda with a view on cape town and the table mointain. It was german breakfast culture at its best, with international add-ons, including a selection of freshly prepared egg dishes. The architecture and interieur of the rooms and building was charming and created a home-like atmosphere. A clean pool (not very big, but deep enough for swimming) was available for cooling down and recliners in the shadow allow for rest. If desired, Alex and Stephan offer a selection of South African wines from their well-sorted cellar. They were helpful with recommendations for sights and helped with bookings. The house was clean and tidy. Free WLAN was available and fast. The B&B is located in a quiet and residential area below the table mountain. With a rental car or Uber, the center of town can be reached quickly. The motorways to the sights can be reached easily. We could park our car safely in the yard. We enjoyed a relaxing visit and would like to thank Alex and Stephan again for their hospitality and making us feel home.

Best B&B in the whole world. A must stay while in Cape Town. Wonderful breakfast served in the morning with a wide variety of different dishes. Highest quality B&B. Spectacular view on Table Mountain, close to both, nature as well as city life. Very clean and tidy rooms. Incredibly friendly hosts who can help planning your vacation with e.g. trips to Aquila NP etc. and best tips what to do in Cape Town and surrounding area.

The house is breathtaking. It sits right at the foot of the table mountain, overlooking the center of Cape Town. I stayed in the Mountainview room where you literally see the top of the Table Mountain when opening your eyes in the morning.
Cape Town and the surrounding area has so much to see, that it can almost be overwhelming. Luckily the hosts have excellent itineraries and recommendations for everything from great food to wine estates, day trips, etc. They are incredibly welcoming and round up the already amazing experience.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this B&B. I had a great time there.
