My husband and I have been spoiled rotten with a beautiful honeymoon throughout Southern Africa. This was one of our stops along the way. We found the hotel to be very quaint, well appointed, and in a great location to shopping and trendy restaurants. The staff was very kind, but they neglected to tell us not to drink from the tap. We both got extremely sick, and lost an entire day/night in Cape Town. Perhaps this should have been common knowledge, but we would have appreciated being told about the tap... it cost us one of our precious days on honeymoon. They did bring us several bottles of water after the incident, but that does not make up for time lost.

The Hotel certainly lived up to my expectations. The service was great and the staff very friendly. Situated in the Heritage Quarter, it safe and convenient for several bars and restaurants. Try the Tapas next door!

Room tip: All the rooms looked fabulous. I had the 4-poster which was great!

Brilliant, characteristic, hotel, with very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Room lovely, clean and spacious. Would defiantly stay there again. There is no lift, but they manage your cases and bags etc for you..

A very unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Every room specially decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect located in in the city. Sitting under the grapes in the hallway eating breakfast was the perfect start of the day.
