The receptionist when we arrived was most unhelpful, we wanted to open an account, as we do at every hotel we visit and were told that the only way you could do this was by registering a credit card which would be debited 400 rand a day and at the end of the stay I would be refunded any money not used.
We were told we would have a room with a view of Table Mountain to be told that our room was on the fourth floor with a view of the back of the hotel.
Because of the way we were treated we did not use any of the hotel facilities.
We are returning to Cape Town but will not be staying at this establishment.

Room Tip: Confirm before you arrive that the room is as booked

We found this an excellent hotel. Better than the more centrally located & pricier V&A waterfront hotel. Rooms weren’t as large , but still spacious. Large comfortable public lounge area, courteous and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with an extensive choice, super large swimming pool which we were too busy to use but would have enjoyed if we’d had more time. 2 mins walk from the waterfront and being located back from the central waterfront it was lovely & quiet.

Spent 2 nights, the breakfast is plentiful and our room had a great view of Table Mountain. Staff are friendly and willing to assist. You can walk to the Waterfront which is visible from the hotel. A great option if you are looking to stay in this part of Cape Town.

The hotel is very well located you can just walk to the mall it’s like 5min.
Great customer service, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our bedroom was amazing and huge there was plenty of space not to mention that they have the best room service(the food is amazing).

We found this a very comfortable hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of the V&A Waterfront. Friendly and attentive staff. We did found the air conditioning in our room noisy, however.
