This hotel is quite pricey. However, every service deserves. A good location, luxurious rooms, amazing foods and professional staffs. the best place to stay in the South Africa Highly recommend for everybody.

This is a good hotel, with comfortable beds, nice linens, and a very good breakfast. The staff was most helpful. It is not luxurious, but quite comfortable. Location is across from the Company Gardens which are interesting and it is walk-able to shopping and eating. The shuttle only runs a few times a day to the water front -- but we also got the driver to take us to the Crypt (to hear jazz) down the street because it was pouring and he wasn't busy. We used taxis a lot and the staff always got us one right away. I only wished for a bath tub which we didn't have.

We stayed there a couple days. Location was great with fantastic views and some good places within walking distance. Good selection of food at breakfast. Love the boutique hotel feel. What was the most excellent part of the stay and what drives the 5 stars is the service. Everyone at every step of the way was incredibly nice, always had a smile and always provided great service. Standout was Stephanie - she helped us throughout our stay and was always fantastic. She provided excellent recommendations when we asked her for dinner spots or other needed things. She was always incredibly helpful and definitely gives the hotel a great name.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights and found the room to be clean spacious and well appointed. Water tea and coffee were available and breakfast was varied and plentiful as well as great quality. The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again as I found it much nicer than large ciinical hotels. Unfortunately whilst staying at the hotel we had no hot water for 36 hours otherwise it would have been outstanding however I recognise that this could happen anywhere and is not necessarily avoidable.
