Even though they are doing renovations, the accommodation was great, queen beds, which are a little tight for us, but the mattress was good and the linen was clean and comfy. Tastefully decorated. The facilities are beautiful in a stunning garden setting. Good restaurant with a nice menu and tasty food. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Watch this spot, it's going to do so well

The hotel location is excellent, close to the waterfront.

We had lovely spacious rooms overlooking the waterfront. Very nice in room amenities. Breakfast selection was good with eggs made to order. Access to the Westin lounge was lovely with evening canapés and all day refreshments.

We made use of the spa, great massage, the one downside was the spa music doesn’t create a relaxing environment like other spas do.

Will definitely recommend this hotel.

We made a last minute dinner reservation for 14 guests on Saturday evening.
Our table was set-up and ready for our arrival and we were welcomed by the very friendly Collie (forgive me if I've misinterpreted her name). She was very attentive and most certainly not overbearing throughout our dinner. Because of us being a large table; Chef Chesray welcomed us and suggested some amazing options for the table. Minutes later the most tantalizing starters arrived and we were in awe at what was presented. Our main meal arrived timeously and was equally brilliant. Followed by Dessert for those who had space left. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Chef Chesray, Collie and Duty Manager Luqmaan who also checked in on us.

We spent 10 days at the end of dec at the westin . Always our choice of hotel in Cape Town and once again exceeded expectations.

We had a deluxe grand room , interconnecting to a twin grand deluxe.

The rooms have had upgrades , high end finishes , well maintained as always. Great location , good breakfast even under the Covid restrictions. There was strict Covid protocols / sanitation all around the hotel which is expected .

The staff are top notch , very friendly , very courteous and always helpful.

Well done westin !

I have stayed at the Westin before the pandemic and I was impressed. I then made a mistake of visiting during COVID I regretted it. At buffet breakfast food was like it was cooked for non paying patrons. The staff had no control of the roudy guest..just terrible.

Room tip: May sure nothing bites you
