This is a great place to stay! A stone throw away from Mining Indaba in Cape town!

Also only 10min walk from the best sea side restaurant area in CT.

Excellent place with great breakfast!

Will for sure stay here again in Feb 2018!

This hotel works for both business and pleasure.

This hotel lives up to the Westin reputation. Rooms are very modern and service is very excellent. They offer a free shuttle to the V&A waterfront hotel very 30 mins Whistler is convenient. Or it is a 20 minute walk. It is also a 10 min walk to the heart of Long Street and Loop street where there is lots of culture, great food, markets and fun entertainment. Very convenient. Very classy.

I have come here on many occasions and things seem to be getting better all the time.

The service levels as well as the attention to guest has been amazing.
We had a 14 night stay, on arrival the reservations manager Shameela upgraded us to a Junior suite acknowledging our SPG Platinum status, Idrees took care of all request and was always checking to see if we’re comfortable.
The Food n Beverage team will go the extra mile , do the small things that puts them on another level,
Grant executive chef , Phillip assistant f n b manger and Niall the f n b manager have made this a most delightful amazing stay for us , thanks so much. Our kids just loved it.
All I can say , with the vast choice of hotels in Cape Town , this without doubt is always my first choice.

We hope to see you soon !!!

I have read some negative reviews of this property and think that some folks just can't be pleased! I stayed here for 8 nights for a long conference at the CTCC and was very impressed. From checkin to checkout and everything in between, this hotel is lovely. I booked a junior suite and found it ot be comfortable, well appointed, and has amazing views! The staff in the lounge were great and my colleagues and I enjoyed breakfast each morning before starting our day. The front desk staff and bell staff were great at answering our questions and helping to arrange transport when needed. Overall, this is a lovely hotel situated right across from the CTCC.

This is the third decemvir we have stayed here. Will be back in CT next year.

WE stated in a suite - 817 i think. Which has two rooms. The exclusive club on level 19 keeps filling up with party bookings so the complimentary happy hour cocktails are bounced out of there and served downstairs.. except now it is ONLY beer of wine. No more G&T in cocktail hour: what has gone wrong? It is bad enough being bounced out of the On19 but then to be told there is no G&T anymore is tragic. Beer and wine is not sufficient given we are paying £300 per night. Shocking way too treat your best customer.

Breakfast on 19 still good. Go a la carte to get fried eggs sunny side up as the buffet is limited to scrambled eggs.

The restaurant downstairs is good but nothing special. The staff there wren all so helpful and keen for you to have a good time.

there is a free shuttle every half hour to the V&A so no lack of restaurants there.

Swimming pool is nice but small so would be not good if crowded. Fortunately it always seems empty. Nice gym up on 19.

Better than the Table bay but the rooms will be in need some investment here soon - i guess they get lots of booking form the conference centre. This involved hundreds of delegates desperately marketing and networking with each other, Awful. The tourist gets need t assert themselves. let us get the G&T back on tap, asap!

Finally i never pay for Wifi. I deeply object to hotels charging for this. Its like charging for hot water! Stop it. If you pay for a room you all expect wifi.

Room Tip: Clear the ini bar out and out your own stuff in

Dear Peter G,

Thank you very much for taking time to share your review on TripAdvisor. We are glad that you enjoyed the breakfast at ON19 and for your positive notes regarding our staff. It is, however, a pity that our canapé offering did not live up to your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused regarding this. We are excited to mention that we have plans to refresh the look and feels of our rooms later in the new year.

We certainly strive towards providing our guests with an amazing experience and have relayed the information to the relevant departments to improve the standard of service.
We hope to welcome you back for a return visit soon so that we can have the opportunity to showcase the level of excellent service that you expect.
