Good service, good food. More vegetarian options could be added. Shuttle service is very convenient. We took thew city sightseeing bus (stop is close to hotel). It was a good tour, will definitely recommend it.

The westin cape town meets all expectations in line with the brand. Modern finishes and offerings can be found here with a convenient location. The spa is heavenly, in line with its name. There is also another heated rooftop pool for families to enjoy. Rooms are bathrooms are spacious and bigger than the average size found in south africa. Breakfast has a good variety in a well designed space. The service was excellent as is expected from westin. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a business trip or even a family break.

Huge hotel 600 odd rooms attached to a convention center. Not much in the name of service. Mass processing style approach to most things.

Room was reasonably large same for bathroom. The fittings though felt like they were from a chinese ikea. Plasticky low quality. In parts fhe furniture was quite run down for a relatively new hotel.

The lounge on the 19th floor has spectacular views. Same for the gym and pool. Spa is okay

Breakfast was basic but good. Dint try room service.

In theory its a walk to the v&a waterfront but a taxi or uber is probably better.

I've been on a travel frenzy have visited so many countries in the last year! My visit brought me to Capetown! The hotel "Westin" was beyond amazing! The staff was very polite, they were very knowledgeable of the area, and overall great people! The services that they offer from club lounge, to spa, and pool areas were amazing! There was never a time where the staff did not go out of there way to accommodate us! I will recommend this to everyone who plans on visiting Capetown!

Hotel is nice with very nice indoor pool jacuzzi and sauna with full length glass overlooking the waterfront. THe location isnt too interesting and is a bit scary walking towards the long street area at night, luckily i drove. Service is a bit cold. And weirdly i had 2 pax in the room and the next morning, they took one of the bath rope away and i had to call and waited a long time to get the other back. Asked one of the staff when i bumped on the corridor for room slippers. She agreed but never bring it to me. I had to call again. THe reception when checking in seems to be only interested to tell me my breakfast is only for cold breakfast at the lounge upstairs and if i want hot stuff have to pay 100RAND. And no eating at the breakfast resturant downstairs else I will be charged...seems a bit cold to me...
