Arrived here after Two nights at Twelve Apostles ( highly overrated not worth the money). Stayed five at the Westin and glad we made the switch. Top notch staff in all areas. Very warm and friendly and competent. Lightning fast internet, awesome views from our room, heated bath flooring, great towels and bath amenities and amazing breakfast on Floor 19 and off the lobby. We will never stay anywhere else in this amazing city. Shout outs to Maxwell and Laurie on Floor 19 and Johnny in the lobby restaurant. Spa gals are wonderful. Take advantage of spa specials. Two of us had massage, facial, and mani pedi. Better and more reasonable than at home in North America. Keep up the great work. Minor quibble to GM: time to replace mattress and box spring in 1217.
