Can't fault its location (on the waterfront with direct access to the mall) or the views it affords (if we return again, it will be in a mountain facing room - but on secobd thoughts, there must be better 5* hotels in CT) - this was our second visit and we left again feeling it lacked something - choice of breakfast was awesome, but service hit and miss (smaller restaurant definitely better) - no atmosphere and limited choice (cocktails??) in the bar - special turn down service on the first night only - a few friendly staff, but most quite aloof / professional - starting to look its age both internally and externally ...

Great staff many who have been here a while. Very friendly and accommodating. This is our 2nd visit.

Fantastic breakfast, beautiful setting.

Swimming pool is a bit small, however you are located bang in the middle of the V&A Waterfront complex and the location and proximity to the shops and local restaurants more than makes up for it.

If you want New Year dinner for 2016 they are already 60% booked.... That probably sums it up.

Had the same room as last Christmas, I know this as the thermostat in the shower is very temperamental. I would be incredibly grateful if they could look at it before I return in December 2016

We had a fantastic time here with friends. We could not ask for anything more. Staff were brilliant.
We will be planning another visit to the hotel upon our return in two years time. All the staff were great but housekeeping were amazing.
Thank you.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights prior to a cruise. We had a very nice room with a view of the mountain. The hotel is well located - easy walking to the Waterfront ith many fine restaurants. It is connected to a high end mall for those interested in shopping. The service was great. Breakfast was full of choices and delicious. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Room Tip: All rooms have a good view, mountain or ocean.

This is thr mist incredible place I have ever been to in all my life. Service from the moment you enter the gates! Smiles and help from all the staff- they really cannot help you enough and it is their pleasure to do so. It is so refreshing. Walking into the entrance hall, all the decor is impeccable, tastefully done. Thank you to Tashwin who checked us in to our room- we had the most stunning view from our bedroom. There was a complimentary bottle of wine for us- it tasted great. We dined at the Camissa on our first night, this is were we met Randall, an amazing waiter! He was there every day we stayed and we were served most days by him at the breakfast buffet- which is out of this world! From oysters and champagne to a continental breakfast to freshly made waffles, crepes and omelettes. Everything you can think of is available- if you fancy something they don't have available you can ask for it! The juices even have their own room, a huge range to choose from all freshly made with real fruit- no fake, factory stuff here! Our room was cleaned to the most amazing standards every day, twice a day- at night time they get the bed ready for you to get into, robe and slippers to hand as well as Sally Williams nougat on the bedside table. The TV was programmed with our names and a TV guide was waiting for us every night although we didn't watch anything. Molton Brown products in the bathroom too! Check out was a breeze. We had no problems whatsoever in this hotel and would stay 100 tines over if we could. The total duration of our stay was 13 nights, we got a complimentary high tea voucher but sadly couldn't use it was we were so busy sightseeing! Great location with convenient link to the Victoria wharf shopping mall. Thank you to all the amazing staff members for making our stay wonderful and enjoyable
