The Cape Grace is a beautiful hotel in a great location. My family and I stayed there for three nights at the tail end of a 15 day trip to Africa. The food, service, and staff were all impeccable. The rooms are large and the views of Table Mountain from our room were spectacular. We LOVED the bathrooms!

The hotel provided car service was invaluable when it came to getting our group safely to/from dinners and the coordination with our travel agency and tour guides was perfect. I'd definitely stay here again.

This beautifully renovated hotel has been a treat! Our spacious room with French doors overlooking the yacht harbor and Table Mountain is elegant and oh so comfortable for our three night stay. The staff are formal and yet so very helpful and kind. Lizka at the front desk has been a rich source of information and recommendations. We turn to her each day for her friendly face, banter and advice on where to go and even what shoes to wear! In the dining room the staff are attentive and sensitive to our quiet moments and the times we are ready to happily chat. Both Joanne and Sievewe made our day with their impeccable manners and happy conversation after our first cup of coffee! The food has all been delicious. We would love to come again and recommended Cape Grace to friends.

We recently (and sadly) departed the Cape Grace hotel after a four night stay. Our experience was exemplary. The facility (which was recently renovated) was absolutely first-rate. The room was spacious, the decor tasteful, and the view captivating. Our experience was enhanced by the most wonderful staff. We must give a particular shoutout to the concierge, Aidan, who helped us in so many ways, and our breakfast server, Siviwe. The hostess at the restaurant, Bulelwa, was also extremely welcoming. To say that they made us feel like special guests hardly conveys the warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism they exhibited. We have stayed at many five star hotels over the years. The combination of the facilities at the Cape Grace and the incredible staff made our stay memorable. And to be welcomed back each time we returned to the hotel by everyone telling us “welcome home” was the icing on the cake.
