A few years ago we went to the restaurant, it was in the middle of renovations and it wasn’t my favourite. This Saturday a massive change had happened when we got to the languid feeling beachfront property. An amazing balcony, where people were sunning themselves reading papers while they wait for their party to arrive surrounds it. Inside a lounge area for drinks, gives way to a more formal area. As it is Cape Town three of us had one of the seafood platters on offer. Clean plates and satisfied smiles told the story of a meal well enjoyed, particularly the langoustines were commented on. I had the paella which could have been flown in from Sitges that morning.
