Pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the CBD of Cape Town. Lovely spacious room on the 5th floor, well air conditioned and comfortable bed. View isnt great, but we expected that. Walking distance to Long Street. We stayed one night as we are catching the Rovos Rail which is conveniently located across the road.
Staff are friendly. Breakfast is lovely and well presented. December in CT is busy and it was nice to see so many tourists coming and going.
Would definitely stay here again. Price was right, location was right, staff were happy and friendly, no complaints from me. Just a pity the water is scarce in CT.
(Oh..only annoyance-we bought a large bottle of water from the bar for a whopping R50! That is European pricing right there)More
