Dear Team Jenman,

Thank you for arranging such a memorable trip for our family. We have just arrived back in the UK and I wanted to send my heartfelt thanks to Njabulo and Cuthbert for the great care they took to keep us all safe and for all their hard work to ensure that we had the experience of a lifetime in Zimbabwe and Botswana.

As you hopefully already know, Njabulo is supremely talented guide and communicator - whether it’s wildlife, history or culture, he is a wonderful teacher - and I feel very lucky to have had someone with his passion, experience and skill for our trip. He was always on hand to take care of us all, and help head-off or smooth any bumps in the road. I especially appreciate his help to ensure that I was able to enjoy gluten-free food throughout the trip - something I still marvel at given the remoteness of some of our locations. And I am indebted to the chefs at the various lodges, hotels and boat to have been able to produce such excellent food - even better than is sometimes on offer in the heart of Oxford here in the UK.

Thanks also to Cuthbert for his skilful
driving and endlessly positive attitude. He and Njabulo are the dream team. I truly look forward to returning one day to experience more of these great countries in their company, and wouldn’t want anyone else to be our guide or driver.

My family and I just completed a 2 week trip through Zimbabwe and Botswana led by Njabulo and perfectly driven by Cuthbert. These 2 made the trip so special.

Njabulo is a gifted teacher and guide and took wonderful care of all of us throughout. Yes we saw the Big 5 but the real highlight was learning so much about these 2 countries from our stays and from our guide.

We plan to return one day because Njabulo and Cuthbert gave us such a positive first impression of Africa and her history and wildlife.

An outstanding trip and exceeded my expectations. Magnificent and close up views of all the amazing animals. A perfect mix of day and evening game drives, river cruises, guided walk and visiting the significant sights of Botswana and Zimbabwe. The accommodation at the lodges was fantastic, the meals were generously proportioned and delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. Our guide Thulani and driver Phulani were knowledgeable on all animals, plants, birds and the areas we visited. Everything was well organised, they assisted us at all times and we had a lot of fun. A memorable trip and so many photos!
