Delicious meal yesterday. Great service from Panash, our waiter, and attentive care from the duty manager ( the chap wearing specs, sorry missed your name). Opted for the thicker base focaccia to go with the aubergine stack. Highly recommend going for the thicker base, lovely authentic 'tear' to the dough. Had the chicken fagottini next withe best roast potatoes I think I have ever eaten, hot and crisp from the wood oven, tasting of some excellent olive oil. The Mushroom, cream and brandy sauce excellent as ever. My husband had the ravioli, stuffed with porcini , with butter and sage sauce, Been coming here for eight years or so and always make an effort to eat here when we go into town. Well done, Paulo for never compromising on the genuine Italian ingredients and love that goes into Meloncino's food.
