Hotel's Favourite
Our stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel was an incredible experience! The team was extremely hospitable, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of amenities to enjoy. I highly recommend getting a spa treatment—it was super relaxing, and the massage therapists were exceptionally talented.

One of the highlights of our stay was our time at the hotel lobby bar. The expertise in whiskey and cocktail making was unmatched! Huge shoutout to Mfundo, who was not only incredibly friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. He made stellar cocktails, engaged in great conversations, and was the ultimate educator when it came to the self-tasting whiskey flights. His passion for what he does truly shone through.

The entire bar team was fabulous and so memorable! Kaya and the rest of the guys are true cocktail connoisseurs, and they made our time at the bar nightly an unforgettable experience.

Highly recommend staying here—it was a perfect blend of luxury and hospitality!

The room was so great awesome the shower, was great best experience ever that I had

The team at taj hotel was the best from when we enter everyone was so friendly front desk was so great with welcome and given us welcome drinks manger at front desk ask if we are OK and last shift at the mint restaurants was awesome with the service thank you guys thank you everyone was the best experience I work at the taj they treat me as a guest as one of there other guest and when I what down this morning everyone at mint restaurants was so welcome and mangerement was so great the staff was great at breakfast they offered me coffee all the time thank you very much earlier shift Jolene,Lethu,mimi,Awongiwe,Vanessa, mervin promise,tiger,canteen it was my first hotel thank you

Room tip: I was not at the pool but the pool was lovey hot water pool always clean

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had such a lovely time during our stay at the Taj! The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, the service was great, and the breakfast was delicious! The location was also very convenient for us as it was central to most of the places we wanted to visit!

One magical night

The friendliest and most professional staff ensure that each stay is an amazing experience. The Taj Cape Town is definitely my preferred destination for a stay-cation.Thanks especially to Clinton and his team who made this stay extra special.

Taj.....the crown!!!!

The service level in gernal and an indivisual attentiveness take the stay experience in Taj Cape town to another level.
The dinning options are vast ,the food's flavours and taste is excellent.
Very happy and satisfied with them and without doubt will stay there again whever lands in Cape town next time.

Best South African Offering

Exceptional offering from a seasoned traveller. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the hotel`s facilities. Do book JIVA treatment(s) do a full body massage. If not yet part of a Taj member`club do join this to enjoy more pampering and enjoy club member`s lounge
