We loved our stay. The service, the room, the Spa and the food were all excellent.
The location of the hotel is central and gives a enjoyable city vibrance.
We also enjoyed the gym, it had some added equipment from our previous visit which was great.

Its a great experience staying at Taj, service was great and also breakfast buffet is amazing.In room dining experience needs improvement.
Our room has great view of the table mountain, we get calls from service desk to check if we need anything and they send it as soon as possible.Overall its a very good experience

Incredible view from my room of Table Mountain ans Lions head..in fact the view from my bath tub was one of the best I've ever had!

The Taj suite overlooking Table Mountain is brilliant. The service and food are world class. The staff are the most efficient we have experienced in all of our world travels. The security staff always asked us what time we expected to return. Housekeeping, concierge, reception and restaurant staff are highly trained and very efficient. We loved their happy smiles and friendliness.

Always an amazing experience when visiting Taj Cape Town. My parents love Taj hotel and always talk about their memories there. Room with mountain view is a must. Staff always friendly and make effort to know your names especially the long term staff. Well done!
