Excellent location friendly staff . Close to the waterfront lovely restaurants City Grill was amazing try the ostrich steak and cape brandy cape delicious. Close to Table Mountain take a red bus ride so cheap and views of area are lovely. Camps Bay and wine tasting trips are really enjoyable.

I came with a friend. The location is strategically located around various attraction areas. Only about 1KM away from International Convention Centre, to Green Market, shopping malls and the Malay quarters. As muslim, it is located only 700m from most mosques. Our room at 16th floor was very clean with a great view. Staff were courteous. Breakfast was good. No bed bug whatsoever.

The hotel is far from waterfront 1.7 km and you can walk there (daylight) or call an uber (30 rands) at night.
Breakfast is ok. There are 2 good restaurants close to hotel (villa idiot and villa 47). You can go there at night without any problem with safety.

A basic and a bit old fashioned hotel and only re branded and acquired by holiday inn in January 2018.
Room corner room 1312 was basic but adequate. Big low bed and clean with
no sign of any problems.
Bathroom a bit lacking but clean and with bath and separate shower with good pressure.
Air conditioning poor and wasn’t cooling the room well. It’s old and in effective.
Pool is on the second floor off the restaurant and bar. It’s a very small pool build as a tub in the floor. Not the best.
Location is the best asset. Great for city and long street. Can walk to the V and A in about 15 mins in the day but not recommended after dark. A lot of homeless and hustlers around.
