Service is amazing, very accommodating and willing to help. We stayed in Apartment 18 and the size is quite large and it has a beautiful little courtyard just off the bedroom. Huge bathtub and separate shower which is great! Room could use a second luggage rack as most people will have more than 1 case and there is space to have 2 side by side. They still offer turndown service which is lovely and not expected in an apartment-style hotel. Highly recommend the sister property Cape Cadogan too if you don't need the apartment-style faculties - we stayed at both!

We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed it a lot. It’s a “boutique” hotel; the main reception is separate from the apartments. The breakfast is very nice and was served in the main building. There are a number of interesting restaurants along Kloof Street, including the Kloof Street House which is really nice. Had good & free wifi in the rooms.

Overall, we had a great experience here. We were welcomed upon arrival by Angelo and loved the apartment for our group. The layout allowed for privacy and relaxation. Angelo made extra efforts to ensure that our needs were taken care of and that we had a great experience while there. Location was great and easy to get around.

We stayed here in August, found breakfast was great, the rooms very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. A special touch was the hot water bottles in the bed at night to keep out the chill of Capetown winter

Our travel agent from Greece proposed more quarters for our short visit in Cape Town and it was the best choice... Excellent location, great stuff, very good breakfast, nice, spacious and clean apartments, in close distance from top restaurants!
