This is called a South African restaurant. It was our first visit and I was impressed with the variety as while they had all the usual food, there were quite a few different dishes like bobotie, lamb ribs etc.
We were given tasty bread sticks while we looked at the menu.
I tried the lamb ribs and they were good, served with crispy potato wedges. It could have done with a bit of colour on the plate though but that's just me. My husband had Sirloin steak with a chocolate chilli sauce and while the steak was good he found the sauce disappointing as it was not chilli hot. I think if restaurants offer a chilli sauce then it should be at least medium hot as people who don't like chilli won't order it anyway.
Lovely setting and view. Service was good and quick. Overall a good experience on a Sunday afternoon..
