Miller's Thumb was a little treasure tucked away off the main city thoroughfares. Reservations are a must; you will not likely be seated if you have not pre-booked. Their fresh fish can be prepared any of several different ways, with some non-menu options announced at your table by the owner. The staff all worked together for a seamless dining experience. Being from the deep South (US), I tried the jambalaya which was prepared with their chef's own twist (including black mussels and whole shrimp atop). Their Mississippi Mud comes as their own creation in pie form, possibly inspired by the American cake... equally delicious but completely different from what I expected. All the little special touches make Miller's Thumb a dining experience not to be missed!
