Smacks of the sea! Oysters are fresh out of the seawater tanks next to you, not much more needs saying other than you only need the large not the giant ones.
Had the west coast ( Saldana Bay) mussels in a leek, onions, garlic celery and cold pressed olive oil, white wine and reduced cream. My wife who loves mussels said this was the best. Mussel dish she ever had... along with a glass of bubbly and or the Haute Cabriere Chardonnay/Pinot Noir was just fantastic. Get there early and you can sit at their counter top and eat and watch them shuck the oysters. Good friendly service too!
