There were ants in my room all 3 days. and hotel is refusing honor my request for refund. It was disgusting. Ants went into my shoes that were on the floor. Thry were in my bath tub bathroom and dressing area

This is a wonderful hotel, the staff were very hospitable and helpful. The views are incredible. In particular, bartender Ashley is amazing. We enjoyed the food, the room, and the drinks. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful hotel, great service, and ideal location on Waterfront! Gorgeous views and pool although was too cold for us to swim in July. Really good shopping and restaurants along the waterfront which is just a short walk from hotel. And love the afternoon tea in the lobby lounge. Overall the perfect place to stay while in Cape Town. Highly recommend!

Visited again for lunch. Incredible as always. They have a new menu in their bar area which is great! Lungi served us with incredible skill and friendliness. Thobeka was also very professional and impactful on our experience.

I had the worst customer experience with AVIWE MOSALA, the Reservations Manager. Her arrogance and unwillingness to address the reservations issue were unacceptable. Thanks to Yazeed and his team for their efforts, but I will not be returning or using this brand again!
