The rooms were clean, the day staff were very helpful as my husband had forgotten his phone on the room. They found the phone and kept it safe for us.

Breakfast was avarage, I guess due to covid restrictions and the limit in number of staff the menu was cut down to just have basics however on a positve, the gentleman who served us breakfast was very friendly and efficient.

Our stay was distributed by other guests who were soo noisy we couldn't sleep until morning when they had fallen asleep. Security failed to contain these noisy people. We just had to stay up till they were done as a consequence had to depart late for our next destination.

We have stayed at Knysna's Aha Hotel and everything was terrific. We were very disappointed in Aha Harbour Bridge. They are just not in the same category. At Harbour Bridge we and no warm water or wifi in the first room, 2 of the television channels were frozen and at 20:00 we had to move to another room. This is basics when you book into a 4 star hotel. During our stay the naighbours made such a noise at 01:30 at night we weren't able to sleep. NO security in sight just braking down with no respect for others.

This was an brilliant stay. Excellent service and friendly people. Well Done!!!! After service was excellent. I forgot my phone charger there and when I phoned they already had it ready for collection. normally things like that disappear but not at this hotel. Food was excellent and more than enough. I can recommend this hotel to anybody who seeks for a above expectation stay.

Rooms were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly. Hotel room had stunning views. Room was fully equipped with all essentials. Parking was safe and secure. Will recommend to fellow colleagues, family and friends.

We (two couples) were to stay at this hotel for two days before leaving on a cruise. Coronavirus entered the picture. Cruise cancelled which under the circumstances was a blessing for us. We had to add another two nights to our stay whilst awaiting for a flight back to Australia. We were given beautiful rooms and as Cape Town started to close down we were grateful for the balconies. Throughout the four days of our stay we ate all meals in the restaurant and all were perfect. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the outdoor area near the bar (coincidently looking at the ship we were meant to be on) as the pool was out of action. Very nice area to spend time when cannot do any tourist activities.

The staff were all wonderful even though they would have had their own issues and worries at this time. Derrick was most helpful and assisted us with airport transfer as well keeping us up to date with news on what was happening re the virus. Don’t think he spent much time away from the hotel because we saw him chatting to guests at almost every meal. Special thanks to Thembakazi at reception who was most helpful in checking our flights (7 between us) and printing of e-tickets.

Not quite the stay we anticipated but under the circumstances it was enjoyable for us and the hotel staff are to be commended for that.
