We stayed in the guest house for four nights. The guest house is perfect : good location (must have a car though), kind hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms and provides a excellent breakfast. We were upset because we paid extra money for a large room, made the reservation five months in advance but eventually received room #2 which is located in front of the building, close to main Highland road and the entry to the guest house. Therefore we couldn't open the window and were bothered since early morning from car noises . We couldn't get another room because the place was full. It would have been more fair of we were told about this when making the reservation.....if we had beet informed in advance we would have selected another room.

Thank you for taking the time for your review. You chose our Deluxe room. At the time you had the opportunity to select our smaller Standard room which the other couple in your party had reserved. Unfortunately we were full to accommodate a change.

We were in Cape Town celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. We were met on arrival at Villa Rosa by Angus who was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The Villa is perfectly located for sightseeing and attractions. The most memorable thing about our stay was the breakfasts. Amazing. We only stayed 2 nights but would love to return.

This guesthouse is a nice and friendly place,.
Angus is in charge of preparing the breakfast and he does a great job.
The owner really care about the guests
It is not far from the beach and there is no problem for parking the car.

Our stay at this gorgeous B&B was for 7 nights. All of the staff were incredible!

The quality of the rooms were fantastic - in fact we loved our time so much we added an extra night and changed rooms just to stay there.

The breakfasts were scrumptious and left us full every morning. We couldn’t be happier and will be back with other guests in the future. Thanks again to the wonderful team there - you truly made our stay in Cape Town memorable.
