We stayed at Auberge du Cap in the Nouveau Suite for 5 nights and it was truly excellent. The B&B is in an excellent location, being at the highest point possible (there are no properties behind it) and so the view could not be beaten. Mike and Morgan are the perfect hosts, very friendly but not intrusive. Breakfast was delicious, with a hot option everyday and plenty of other options. Overall you could not get better value for money. Additionally, Mike and Morgan kindly allowed us to have our wedding ceremony on the balcony of the Penthouse Suite and also agreed to be our witnesses! They went out of their way to make it special and it was definitely a day to remember.

Hospitality was excellent and the room was beautiful and very clean. The location is ideal with fantastic views of Camps Bay and the mountains. The walk down to the bay is very easy and there you will find some of the nicest food in Cape Town. Morgan's breakfast omlettes are also to die for.

We chose the Bordeaux suite as we wanted to use the main bedroom and the sofa bed in the lounge. It was amazing, and was wonderful to relax with the awesome view. We wish we could have spent more time there just soaking up the views, but alas we also wanted to explore the beautiful Cape. When I return to Cape Town, I will definitely choose to stay here again. The hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, and it was noticeable how there was a varied choice every day. It was my birthday whist there, and the host put a bottle of sparkling wine in the room! Thank you Mike and Morgan for a wonderful stay.

Room Tip: Get to know your situa on the map, and you will realise that you are not all that far from many Cape attractions.

We have just returned from another wonderful long stay at the fabulous Auberge du Cap.
We stayed in the Bordeaux Suite this time. It lived up to our expectations and for us this would be our preference. The suite is all on one level and the sun deck provided us with many peaceful hours lying in the sun. Bed linen and towels frequently changed. The bed was super comfortable.
Mike and Morgan provide a tasty breakfast. Fresh fruit, a frittata one day, choice of quiches the next and English on another along with fresh juices, breads, coffee etc. Which set you up for the day. You sit outside on warm days and see the amazing views.
On cold and wet days you sit with the other guests around a large dining table.
Mike and Morgan are a very friendly couple who suggest, recommend and ensure your stay is first class.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area recommend you stay here.

Room Tip: Any suite is excellent
