We had been waiting nearly a year for your visit and it was well worth the wait. When we arrived and were offered champagne by the pleasant receptionist we were on to a good start. They had up graded us to a suite which was beautiful and luxurious. We enjoyed evening drinks on the balcony of the leopard bar which was stunning!, and you’re spoilt for choice, nothing is too much trouble for the attentive staff. Breakfast was lovely, free flowing bubbles and spoilt for choice. Spend a day round the pool, there’s a heated pool with loungers the look over the Atlantic oceans. And a second cold pool on the mountain side, also with loungers. There’s service at the pool, drinks, food, snacks all very nice. Honestly cannot pick a fault during out stay/ everything they provided was taken the extra mile. Cannot wait to return

The location is phenomenal, the ammenities are great, staff is very friendly and all in all everything was what I'd expect of a top hotel, besides the rooms. It felt like the rooms were slightly outdated and could use a makeover. Otherwise, the place is gorgeous and we will definitely go back again.

What a beautiful hotel and scenery. We did the vegan high tea. unfortunately i didn't enjoy the high tea to much, was to sweet, it needs more savoury pieces. You can ask for more pieces at no extra cost. The ice teas an cappuccinos with the high tea was devine. Next time i will eat from the normal menu and book a spa treatment.

Really impressed with our visit here. Spa had been recommended to us (along with two others) but 12 Apostles got our booking because they were open till 8pm and we couldn't get there until late afternoon.

The hot stone massage was sublime! The masseuse was pleasant, polite, and applied the perfect pressure as requested. Emerged feeling blissfully relaxed. Encouraged to drink plenty of water, lots of Aqua Bella bottles provided for this. There was also a table with juices, dried fruit, nuts, fresh fruit and cake for patrons. Unfortunately there was no detailed dietary information which is in stark contrast to the hotel itself.

The spa itself, when you aren't having treatments, is tiny. There is a small jacuzzi and plunge-pool downstairs, and a Rasul room that was in use during our visit. There is a relaxation room.

Very impressed that there are towels EVERYWHERE. Most spas we have visited give you one and expect you to crack on even once it is wet. Unfortunately the one pair of slippers provided did get soggy, not as good as rubber flipflops provided elsewhere. Robes also very thin and sparse, not towelling.

Changing rooms well equipped and tidy. Glad it was quiet as although there are easily a dozen lockers there are only two toilets and showers. It's a small place.

After our visit we checked out the dining options in the hotel. We liked the look and atmosphere of the Leopard Bar, and were fortunate enough to receive a table on the terrace at sunset. Our waiter/bartender Fernando was exceptional. He went out of his way to make us comfortable, making recommendations, and even bringing out blankets for guests as the sun dropped in the sky and the wind blew along the cliff.

The food was great but the desserts were amazing. We had cheesecake - a creamy beautiful soft cake - and creme brulee, absolutely perfect.

It was a wonderful end to a relaxing afternoon. Would highly recommend and definitely return for a massage and cake at the bar!

My wife and I visited the spa for the day, we did the couples Rasul and outdoor bliss (2 hours). It was the best, the ladies were fantastic (especially Amanda) , the views of the wild and the ocean were breathtaking. Will definitely recommend it, our treatment came with lunch with a bottle of bubbly. This is now my new favorite spa!! Enkosi
