In beautiful Camps Bay this restaurant has the most incredible variety of fresh fish and sushi. The service was amazing, it was good value and I cannot wait to go back.

Although there are some steep steps to negotiate to get to this first floor restaurant, the food is worth it. After the sushi starters, one selects one's fish from the assortment. I selected a piece of tuna and a small piece of another type, both of which arrived at the table superbly grilled, accompanies by lovely chips/wedges and vegetables. Ending the meal with a really good cuppucino, we left very satisfied.

Service was good except for the waitress forgetting the milk for one of our party's cup of coffee.

Other reviews amply explain how this place works. Our service was excellent and the food pretty good too...but my word how noisy!! We had a table for two in the corner but it was like dining on a building site! Couldn't wait to get out. (Age 56 so not too old yet!!)

First; first: Reserve sufficiently ahead of time, it may be a nudge cosier.
I didn't reserve abd accepted to be seated in the sushi railway section. Mistake. Three different servants, a tough time to defend my seat and the like; clearly, the Codfathers and Mamas have become the victime of their own success. Why the heck squeezing this downgrading sushi bar into a place we dearly appreciated?!
The lobster however was one of a kind; tender, juicy, perfect. The little local sparkling easily competes with any French champagne.
Service people are very friendly but having three to talk to and them under constant stress is simply not a joy.
It expresses and illustrates a management style; a business rethink is badly needed, otherwise the price to pay may be high.

Last minute reservation in the wine cellar. We were seated and plump forgotten. after someone took notice of us - everything went smoothly. Service and Food left nothing to be desired. It's way too crowded and one or two tables too many squeezed in to the space available.
