We loved this hotel. One of the friendliest, most welcoming experiences we have had, and the staff really went the extra mile for every guest every day. The champagne and card in our room for my birthday was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The views from the hotel terrace and from our room over towards Sea Point and the coast are beautiful, and the hotel is just a short walk from a number of great restaurants - all of which the staff and owners will be only to happy to assist with finding and booking.

Cape Town is in the middle of a very serious drought at the moment - credit to the hotel for taking a number of steps to save water (and to ensure guests do so as well) It was disheartening to see how many other hotels had filled their swimming pools for demanding guests at a time when the taps are about to run dry. We are praying for rain for you!

Thank you to everyone, especially to Diverson and Shepherd, who did so much for us and made our stay a memorable one. We look forward to returning!

We stayed at O on Kloof for 5 nights up until Boxing Day.
Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service - nothing was too much trouble .... from serving food at odd times; to recommending places to visit, booking tickets on our behalf and providing detailed maps and directions. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Cape Town and the surrounding area so would definitely recommend.
Such a shame that we couldn’t enjoy the water features and jacuzzi due to the drought - really hope you get some rain soon!

Lovely hotel in Bantry Bay. Everyone was helpful and friendly, even when we arrived very late the first night. The standard rooms are on the small side, but well equipped and we had a huge bathroom. All very clean. Also, there is plenty of space by the pool, on the sun terrace or upstairs in the bar/sitting room area and, being a small hotel, it is very quiet. The hotel is near Regent Road which has some excellent restaurants, supermarkets and a food court, and you get some easy exercise walking up and down the hill! Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Room tip: Some rooms have a private terrace and a jacuzzi . Our room had no view and a bit of noise in early morning from street.

Lovely welcome, staff couldn't do enough, helped with restaurant bookings and ideas. good breakfast individually cooked as well as a buffet. Lovely terrace with sea view although sadly there's a new building obscuring part of it. Well stocked bathroom with good shower. Hairdryer could do with a nozzle or a higher quality one. Only downside is walking uphill after your evening meal.
