Polite & professional staff. Good buffet. Suite was spacious and neat. Convenient access to N4. Was close for me to Numbi Gate, Panorama route, etc. My family and I were comfortable for our 4 nights stay.

We stayed during a long weekend and a big dissapointment. Firstly the satelite channels where not available. We only got that info after we cheched in. Secondly after that when we got a channel that we could watch the channel was changed and lost for ever. I repeatly phoned only to be told they are working on it....and so it was never resolved.
The one positive is that the staff is friendly but sadly they won't see me again.

Sincere apologies for the problems expereienced with the satelite channels, this is an issue that sadly is beyond our control at present but we have been assured that it will be resolved presently.

Nice place to stay and relax.
Rooms are big enough and well equiped.
Nice outside areas.
We disliked the fact that Wi-Fi is limited to public areas, and not in the rooms or garden, something not so good in this days.

Thank you for taking the time to review Preier Hotel The Winkler after your recent stay with us. As always your most valued comments are a great indicator as to how we are truly preforming and meeting our GUESTS expectations.

I cannot agree more that this is the place to relax and unwind, with the extensive gardens and beautiful secenery, and even in winter the weather is still fairly warm.

We are working on a solution to extending the WiFi to cover the entire property and hopfully we should have this in place for your next visit.

I went here as a child 48 years ago just after it opened. It was a fantastic place. Location and outlook still great, but very tired now, staff very friendly. Choose not to eat there but went to local restaurants not far away which were great.

You are certainly well informed to the age of the property as we turn 50 next year and are planning some amazing events to celebrate this milestone.

Included in the birthday celebrations will be a soft upgrade, to keep your this grand old lady in her prime.

Glad to see you noticed the friendlyness of our TEAM, they truly an amazing bunch.

Hopefully next time you will eat with us and experience our chef's wonderful culinary journey, be it from the menu or our extensive buffet which inlcudes a live stir fry section and our always popular African section, not to mention the carvery and all the other tasty treats.
