This Hotel has unfair comments and ratings on Trip Advisor. I travel a lot and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The staff from reception McKenna to Busi in the bar lounge are all so wonderful. The rooms were spotlessly clean with happy cheerful staff who took care of the rooms. The breakfasts were plentiful and service was 5 star. The staff went out of their way to organisea breakfast surprisefor my friends birthday. Besides a few grumpy guests we experienced nothing short of delightful service from happy staff and management who delivered on point and beyond. A refreshing surprise at a rate that is truly vslue for money. We would rate as one of the nicer places to stay in St Lucia.
This hotel is in the perfect location - in town but views of estury and hippo visitors to graze in their garden and drink water from pool.
We will be back even if to pop in and have one of Busi's legend Cherry cocktails. McKenna you made us feel so welcome 🙏 at reception when walked in - great example carries through all the staff we interacted with - thank you.
