This is a basic, but very beautiful lodge nestled in the jungle-like atmosphere of St. Lucia. It is also very close to the shops in town. In fact, the restaurant that we eat in is only half a block away, and the pier where we get onto the boat to see the hippos is only a four-minute walk! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, and it’s out on the porch of the main lodge. This is the perfect place to relax. The atmosphere is wonderful as is the staff! This is where our 16-day safari actually begins, and it is the perfect atmosphere for it!

Lidiko lodge is THE place to stay when you are in St Lucia. This is a calm and hidden gem in the touristic area that St Lucia is. You do want to see the hippos and crocodiles. They offer a good breakfast, comfortable stay and very friendly and helpful staff. We could not book anything online since all was booked but they knew a relation that made space for us. What else can you wish for?

Lovely place with a quite pool area surrounded by a beautiful garden. Service was excellent and we were helped with any request we had for e.g. activities. Good choice for breakfast as well. Just be aware of the monkeys 😉

We stayed at Lodiko for three nights hopping to see the Hippos, ended up falling in love with St Lucia, we had a lovely one day Safari and got too see the big four and the beach. The staff at Lodiko was friendly and so helpful and made us feel so welcome. The room was big and very cozy and quiet. Big bathroom with shower and bath.
Highly recommend staying here, close to the Main Street but still nice and quiet.
