Rooms are cold.Sleep was very good.I loved the setting of the property.Nestled beautifully in the hills.
You could do better with more animals on display.More of an outdoor feel. It being so close and in big five territory more African art and somewhere where guests can read up about your history.
Upon arriving I had a small concern with my Proof of payment from my Company. The hospitable team at the front desk handled it professionally a with great discretion. Much appreciated Bundu Team !!! The rest of my stay was awesome as usual.
Dissappointed in restaurant and bathroom in room. The shower curtain have mildew on / water come through on shower in every direction . Could not wash hair. Restaurant ordered prawns and could only serve one person as their is no stock? Steak served was cold ?
Loved the place. Unfortunately noisy group booked rooms next to us. The loud speaking, slamming doors, moving chairs around till after midnight, we had no rest. Did report it, but nothing was done ...
Value for money,little maintenace needed,very quiet,upgrade of beds maybe to base sets,aircons in all rooms,microwaves in all rooms,staff helpful,grounds need and clean,reception helpful,restaurant area clean
