Perfect place in the middle of the golf course , quiet and relax, good comfort everywhere and very kind and attentive personal. I personally recommend this hotel 10 mn driving of all shopping places in Nelspruit and the very best if you are a golf player !

It is a MUST for golf players coming far from Nelpruit but not ideal for join holiday if not. However, the lodge is very nice and comfortable after hole 1 and whit a great view to the hole 7 and 8 at the back.

They should install alternative energy. There was no electricity on the Sunday from 6am to 9pm. So the day was not enjoyable at all. This means one could not enjoy being at the facility at all on the day.

very nice resort, we do not play golf but enjoyed watching what was going on. Staff are very friendly and helpful. l Would say that you could do with an extra small plate at breakfast for the toast. And at times the grass cutting when you were trying to have a rest went on for quite sometime, but having said that it would not stop us staying there again, John and Howard are very good at making you welcome and o make sure that you have all that you require. Our stay was fairly good, I loved our time there. Only one issue: The kitchen staff not so friendly, breakfast not entirely enjoyable. Some sort of formal kitchen wear will also do - they were poorly dressed, not reflective of the stature and ambiance of Matumi Golf Lodge. Otherwise, our room and the rest of the facilities are top class.
