We had 3 very disappointing nights here would not recommend
Not enough cold bottled water
After a days safari to come back to find the Beer and Wine not Cold unbelievable
Food quality and variety very poor
Location is a good 30 mins from Kruger and there is nothing to do around the hotel
No waiter service around the pool
Staff need more training and only became friendly on our last morning !
This is a 2 star hotel at best

The reception and assistance by staff in general was good The food recycling is too much. Most of the restaurant staff were good, only one who refused me meat, I hadn’t eaten breakfast and lunch due to food reaction, I needed one piece of braai meat instead of other choices. I was told I’ve taken enough, I then asked for lemon and honey water.. nothing came

New ANEW Resort is breathtakingly amazing, for anyone who visited the old Casa de sol...you owe it to yourself to make another visit there. You will definitely not regret. This is possibly the best place to be in Hazyview now.
