Stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed every second of it. The guides are super knowledgeable, all staff is friendly and the service level is amazing. Good food, good tents and good safaris. We saw all of the big five during our stay. 10/10

Me and my son were staying at Parsons house and what an experience this was💥
This beautiful villa is a few driving minutes away from Parsons lodge , in the middle of the bushveld where elephants roam and one night also 2 lion tracks were found very close to the house. You can hear them roaring in the night … what an experience
We were picked up with the safaricar over to the lodge several times a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner…
The property is more then stunning with a huge private pool and a fantastic viewing deck to look at the waterhole and beautiful sunrises
The whole team of Mirjam is amazing , they know how to make your stay unforgettable
The game drives are outstanding , Ras and Glauco will try do show you as many animals as possible
5 * stars are the max but we had a 6 *stars experience… thankyou Mirjam and team, hope to be back another time

Starting our journey and staying at Parsons Hilltop Safari Camp with our teenagers was the best decision ever made🙏 We loved the amazing location and views, the beautifully decorated luxury ‘tents’, great beds, excellent food & traditional South African braai! We already want to go back and enjoy the personal approach by the whole team, the fantastic game drives with the skilled & fun rangers and the amazing wildlife and Big 5 again! An unforgettable memory, and such a fantastic round trip thanks to the amazing arrangements made by the management. It brought us to all the wonderful treasures during our multifaceted trip from greater Kruger, Kruger, St Lucia’s, Drakenberg, Pretoria and Johannesburg 👌

We did a road trip through South-Africa and had a pleasant stay at Parsons Hilltop Safari camp. The lodge is situated in the Balule Nature Reserve and on our way to the lodge, we were lucky to pass Giraffes and Impalas. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care from the staff. The Classic Safari tents were comfortable, well outfitted and offered a very nice view form their viewing deck. During our stay of a couple of days we were served delicious meals on the terrace of the central lounge, which was accompanied with a beautiful view on the surroundings. Whilst chilling in the plunge pool some giraffes came to check up on us.
The game drives were a highlight! Seeing wildlife up close in their natural habitat, was special. During the game drives we stopped to enjoy the Sun set/ Sun rise accompanied by biscuits and the first cup of coffee of the day, or, later in the day, refreshing beverages and snacks. The rangers took time for explaining and answering questions, where it didn’t matter whether they were raised by an adult or a child.
During our road trip we did multiple game drives at various locations, but concluded that the whole experience at Parsons Hilltop Safari Camp was the most special.
All in all it was an unforgettable experience.
Our 5 night stay at Parson's Hilltop was the perfect mix of relaxation and exploration. The tents were wonderful, but what made our experience was the staff. We had some miscommunication with the booking of our stay and pricing, all of which was handled promptly and professionally by Lex, not allowing it to affect our time and enjoyment at all. Lex and Ras were knowledgeable and fun, always bringing great energy to our morning and evening game drives. They went above and beyond throughout our stay and were very responsive to any needs we had. The kitchen staff was amazing and we were never left hungry! They were very accommodating to dietary restrictions, and did a great job substituting for vegetarian options. Tilly, in particular, stood out to us as she was always warm, kind, and wearing a smile! We loved meeting and spending time with other guests and the staff, and this is what really made this experience stand out for us! We had so much fun and would recommend staying here to anyone, we would have stayed forever if we could! - Thanks again for having us, and sorry for the late review.
