We were rather disappointed with this place.
Had it not been for the solitary Xhosa Worker, Eunice, who welcomed us, showed us our room, offered to do laundry, brought us a kettle, and cooked the breakfast next morning for 9 people without any help, this would have been a disaster. Oh and did I mention that she even managed to get our TV working when all it said was ‘no signal’. She seems to run this place ..... which could do with an upgrade of fittings (plug in basin leaked) and old fashioned furnishings.
No fridge in room
Safe too low - on floor of cupboard for convenience
No outside light near our door- dangerous uneven brick patio for older folk
No decaf coffee
BUT great position on the beach, Turn down bed with chocolate at night and electric blankets and wall heater
Super breakfast
Lovely views of the sea
Within walking distance of restaurants
