Stayed in the penthouse which was absolutely amazing with fantastic ocean views. Everything was new and modern and the bathroom was stunning. Had a hiccough with the restaurant on the first night but the manager handled it so well and needs to be commended. Loved the heated indoor and outdoor pools.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago. In October 24 we came back to Wilderness and walked the beach back to Views for lunch. Really enjoyed the seafood again and a few Red Labels for me and a couple of glasses of wine for my wife. We had a window seat and had a couple of relaxing hours looking at the beach and ocean.

Brilliant hotel just above the beach with views of the crashing waves all along the beach. The rooms were very comfortable with everything you could want and had the same fantastic view. Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was a little slow but when we needed it quickly they delivered.
Restaurant food was very good with good service.

A spacious feel to this well-appointed hotel, and what a spot! Fantastic views over the ocean .... and high enough to have a hang glider swooping past our room.
The weather was a bit ropy for a time, so we spent a pleasant afternoon at a window-front table in the restaurant watching the surf and surfing the web!
The spa/gym was a pleasant facility ... with the latter to myself and plenty hot enough.
As seems to be the case throughout South Africa, lovely staff with a clear pride in their hotel and focussed on making customers welcome and happy.

A stunning hotel in a spectacular location! From the moment we arrived, and throughout our stay, we were treated with first-class service from all staff. We were blown away by the fantastic quality of the accommodation, beautiful views and delicious food. "Views" is the right word for this hotel as there really are the most amazing views from every balcony, window, seating area in and around the hotel, as well as from the glass-fronted balcony in our room. This is one of the most fantastic places we have ever stayed and we do hope to return one day. Thanks to all staff for making our stay so wonderful.
